Dividend declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2018, Shareholders approved the Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), through two equal semi-annual distributions. In accordance with this policy, the first Interim Dividend for the period ending 31 August 2019 was paid in January 2019.
