ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed at the AGM held today on a show of hands. A copy of all resolutions passed as special resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
